The on-site PsyVoice PBX is recommended for businesses who operate primarily through telephone transactions, have a large network infrastructure (multi-site links, international sites, or a large number of users), or wish to have more control over their system. With the on-site PsyVoice a 1U rack-mount server is installed on-site by Psystar personnel and your technical personnel can opt to configure the system or have Psystar configure it with your information. Psystar can manage your phone numbers as well and configure your phones. We can maintain your systems through service calls or service contracts as well as holding training sessions to instruct your current IT personnel on how to configure extensions on new phones and reconfigure existing phones.
