 Aastra's high-end 480i just went mobile with the 480i CT cordless handset addition. This is the standard 480i with a twist: it brings a cordless handset which operates as a mobile handset for the phone. The handsets are of the highest quality and have a range of 300,000 square-feet and has been tested by Psystar to operate at a distance of one city-block in an urban environment with no static or interruption.

It's the exact same 480i but with a twist. It's not for the mild but for the bold and the mobile. The handset has a headset plug built into it so you can move about with hands free with the included belt clip. The handset is a sturdy unit with which we here at Psystar have no compunction about being active with. The cordless handset can stand up to any office environment and will deal with most incidental drops and bobbles with no problems. We recommend this cordless package for users who are not only taking calls at their desk but also mobile and gathering information throughout the day.
